Endodontist Katherine Thomas, D.D.S.

Dr. Kathy Thomas, along with her dedicated staff, has been proud to serve the Winchester community as an endodontist since 2006. 

Dr. Thomas was raised in Indiana where she earned her dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She immediately received a commission in the US Navy and served her country for seven years, including deploying on the USS Puget Sound in support of Operation Desert Storm to Saudia Arabia. Dr. Thomas left the Navy to attend Virginia Commonwealth University where she completed an Endodontic residency. She has published research in the Journal of Endodontists and is committed to dental continuing education. 

Dr. Thomas is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Virginia Academy of Endodontists, Virginia Dental Association and numerous dental study clubs. She donates endodontic treatment through the Virginia Donated Dental Service program.

Dr. Thomas resides in Winchester with her husband and teen aged daughter and twin sons. When not working, Dr. Thomas enjoys traveling, boating, reading and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
