Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Winchester Endodontics is to accommodate patients who are in pain in a timely manner, preferably within 48 hours. We ask our patients to please give us a 48-hour notice whenever possible, if they cannot keep an appointment. This allows us time to accommodate other patients who are in pain. We appreciate your understanding and consideration regarding our cancellation and failed appointment policy.

  • A failed appointment is an appointment that is cancelled/rescheduled without a 48-hour notice or an appointment in which a patient does not show up.
  • We do understand that illness, emergencies, flat tires, and bad weather do occur; as a result, we do allow for one(1) broken/ failed appointment as a courtesy.
  • After one(1) failed appointment, patients might lose their ability to pre-book appointment.
  • After two(2) failed appointments, patients might be dismissed from the practice.
